First and foremost - all covers sold by Colorado Hitch Covers are made entirely in the USA. The plugs are cast and polished in California and
the design, laser, and assembly work is done in Parker, Colorado.
Each cover is made using a computer guided laser to cut or shape the exact design that you desire. After the cutting / shaping has been
completed, the finished piece (or pieces) are adhered to a 1/2" thick polished billet aluminum mount using 3M industrial strength adhesive.
The silhouette designed covers are 6" wide by 3" high while some of our flag models are 5" wide by 3" high. We can also do an oval shape
that is 7" wide (approx.) and 3" tall (when you scroll through the custom designs - there is a photo of the various blanks available). And, we also
have a limited number of plugs shaped like the Chevy bow-tie emblem or a Maltese cross. The point being - these are not like the cheap
plastic covers the dealer may have attached to your vehicle when you drove it off the lot - these are high quality, well engineered accessories
that are guaranteed for as long as you own them. If there is ever a problem with the materials or workmanship, return it to me for either a
refund of the cover price or a replacement.

We ship USPS Priority mail. So as soon as your cover is ready (if not already in stock), you'll have it within three or four business days. In fact,
I'm even willing to personally deliver some covers depending upon the logistics (if I could just get someone in Hawaii to order....).
