First and foremost - all of our covers are manufactured in the USA and will fit a
standard 2" receiver hitch. We can also fabricate covers for the smaller 1.25"
receiver hitches, but we don't normally carry those in stock.
The designs are made using a computer guided laser to either shave one color off of
a two-color plate (the mountain silhouette design) or to cut out individual pieces
depending upon the design. If multiple pieces (like the Colorado Flag), they are then
assembled into the specified design. After the cutting / shaving has been
completed, the finished design is glued to a 1/2" thick polished billet aluminum
mount. Each mount has a 2" channel welded onto its back for connecting the cover
to your vehicle. The dimensions of most of our cover are 6" wide by 3" high while
some of our flag models are 5" wide by 3" high. We can also do an oval shape that
is 7" wide (approx.) and 3" tall.
The thumbnails below will each expand in a separate window and provide greater
detail of the front and back of the cover. One final thumbnail shows one of our covers
mounted on a pickup so you can get and idea of their relative size.
Most importantly - these are guaranteed for as long as you own them. They will
be replaced or repaired if anything is wrong. Just ship 'em back to us and we'll fix
the problem.
