First and foremost - all of our covers are manufactured in the USA.
Each cover begins as a two layered acrylic plate with the top layer being white
and the bottom layer green. A computer guided laser cuts the plate into the
individual designs (carving off the white to leave the green). After the plate has
been cut, it is glued to a 1/2" thick polished billet aluminum mount. Each mount
has a 2" channel welded onto its back for connecting the cover to your vehicle.
The dimensions of each cover are 6" wide by 3" high.
The thumbnails below will each expand in a separate window and provide greater
detail of the front and back of the cover. One final thumbnail shows one of our
covers mounted on a pickup so you can get and idea of their relative size.
